The Normactec comes with 3 different zones – arms, legs, and hip attachments – so you can choose an area to focus on or opt for a longer session and work on 2 or 3 zones.
The Normatec works by using dynamic air compression to help advance your wellness, recover faster, improve your training, and maximise your performance. Normatec’s patented precision pulse technology helps to increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling.
HYDROMASSAGE LOUNGE
The Hydromassage lounge uses jets of warm, pressurised water to target areas of the body. That water pressure is the “hydro” part of Hydromassage. However, the water is contained inside the bed itself, so it’s still a dry massage!
Besides offering an overall relaxing experience, using the Hydromassage lounge can provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains, reduce stress and anxiety, provide a feeling of well-being, increase circulation, and relieve muscle soreness, stiffness, and tension.
